- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese, heated to barely lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 to 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Combine in bowl the remaining ingredients, except flour, with yeast.

3Add flour.

4Cover.

5Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled.

6Knead with a little flour and turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.

7Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

8Bake at 350° about 30 minutes and golden brown. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with a little salt.

9Serves 8 to 10.
