- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans Campbell's beef vegetable soup with barley
- 5 medium potatoes
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet.

2Drain ground beef and return to skillet.

3Add both cans of soup to ground beef (do not add water) and stir over low heat until mixed thoroughly.

4Peel potatoes, then cut into cubes.

5Put potatoes into pot, fill with water and boil until tender.

6Mash the potatoes.

7In 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan, layer in order ground beef and soup mixture.

8Spread on bottom of pan, next the potatoes.

9Then sprinkle the top with Cheddar cheese.

10Bake at 350° until cheese melts and beef mixture bubbles.
