- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.

3Add flour to make a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.

4Let rise to double in size, 50 to 60 minutes.

5Stir down dough.
