- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients.

2Mix dough until it forms a smooth ball. Let dough rise until double in size (about 1 hour).

3Place dough into an oiled 2-quart round casserole.

4Allow to rise until double.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Brush with butter and serve warm.
