- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.

3Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

4Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
