- 1 gal. cut okra
- 3 Tbsp. canning salt
- 8 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Mix okra, salt and apple cider vinegar.

2Put in a container and cover with water.

3Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, or until okra changes color.

4Put in jars and seal up.

5When you open, rinse off, let drain, cover in meal and fry.

6You can also add to vegetable soup.
