  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix (Bisquick brand-type)
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lg. onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp. dill weed
  • Dash of salt

Directions

    In large bowl, beat egg, then beat in the lowfat milk.

    Stir in the biscuit mix, then the other ingredients.

    Pour into greased muffin tins or possibly a greased 9x5x2 inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees.

    Bake muffins 25 to 30 min or possibly loaf 45 to 50 min.

    Makes about 18 muffins or possibly 1 loaf.
