- 1 1/2 pt. oysters
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. heavy cream
- butter
- fresh dill, snipped finely
Directions

1Drain oysters and remove any shell bits.

2Reserve liquid. Scald milk and cream.

3Cook oysters in the reserved liquid until the edges start to curl.

4Stir mixture into the milk and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Spoon into heated plates and add a pat of butter and a generous sprinkle of fresh dill.
