- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- 2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Rinse frozen peas and carrots under running cold water to separate; drain.

2Mix peas and carrots and the remaining ingredients except for the potato chips in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish or baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.

3Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.

4Bake in a 350° oven until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
