• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon Milk
• FOR THE FROSTING:
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
• 1/4 cups Butter
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Shredded Coconut
• 1/2 cups Toasted Coconut, For Garnish
