  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.12 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 10.75 ounces soup, tomato condensed
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice uncooked instant
  • 1 x salsa Thick & Chunky
  • 1 x cheddar cheese, reduced-fat shredded, as needed
  • 1 x lettuce shredded, as needed
  • 1 x tortilla chips as needed

    Cook beef and taco seasoning in skillet until browned.

    Pour off fat.

    Add soup, water and rice.

    Heat to a boil.

    Cover and cook over low heat 5 min.
