- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and baking powder. Let stand 20 minutes.

3Scald milk; add margarine, sugar and salt. Cool; add eggs.

4Combine yeast with milk mixture in large bowl. Combine with flour.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Two hours before serving, make into dinner rolls.

7Let rise 2 hours.

8Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

9Makes 12 large rolls.
