  • 1 lb. filet, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle clam juice
  • whole garlic cloves, chopped
  • flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • oil

Directions

    Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

    After pounding, marinate in clam juice and garlic cloves overnight. Remove, dip in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
