- 5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. fast acting yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Make a well, add warm milk, beaten eggs and oil.

3Stir until all flour is mixed.

4Knead 1 minute on floured board.

5Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in size.

6Punch down, make a ball, pinch off balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on greased pan until double in size (second rising).

7Bake in preheated oven at 375° for about 15 minutes. Yields 24 rolls.
