Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cake yeast or 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 to 4 eggs
- 8 to 10 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Dissolve salt and sugar in the milk.

3Add the oil and cool to lukewarm.

4Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water.

5Mix the yeast and water mixture with the milk mixture. Add lightly beaten eggs.

6Add half of flour and beat.

7Add the remaining half of the flour and knead.

8Let rise until it's doubled.

9Then shape into rolls and let rise again.

10Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
