   Grind Oreos.

   Put a layer in a medium size flowerpot.

   Combine margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Add pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

   Beat well.

   Pour 1/3 of mixture over Oreos.

   Alternate Oreos and mixture; end with a layer of Oreos.

   Top with silk flowers and gummy worms.

   Serve with a sand shovel.
