- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies, broken

2Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

3Combine both mixtures and add Cool Whip, folding in.
