  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 medium Cool Whip

Directions

    Crush cookies and place half in bottom of dish.

    Mix pudding mixes with milk.

    Mix soft cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar.

    Combine these two mixtures with Cool Whip. Pour over cookies.

    Add the rest of the cookies to the top. Refrigerate.
