Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed; 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese; 1 c. confectioners sugar; 1/2 c. butter or margarine; 12 oz. Cool Whip; 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 3 c. cold milk; 1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter or margarine. Add Cool Whip.

Mix vanilla pudding, cold milk and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture and divide into 1/2.

Layer cake, beginning with cookies, followed by 1/2 of the mixture.

Repeat.
