  • 12 oz. whipped topping
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. of instant pudding chocolate or vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Crush 3/4 of the oreos into a 13 x 9 inch dish, pressing firmly down.

    In a separate bowl, beat milk, vanilla, sugar and cream cheese until creamy.

    Add instant pudding.

    Mix again until creamy and pour over cookies.

    Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle remaining oreos on top.
