  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 stick margarine, softened (1/2 c.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes (3 1/2 oz. each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts and 1 c. chocolate chips (optional; add with the cookie crumbs)

    In first bowl, cream together the margarine, cream cheese and sugar.

    In second bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.

    Blend in Cool Whip and mix gently.

    Combine both mixes.
