- 2 c. powered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip thawed
- 4 c. milk
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, powered sugar, Cool Whip together. Make pudding. When thick, fold into Cool Whip mixture. Put mixture in pan and top with Oreo crumbs and chill overnight.
