  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
  • gummy worms

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter or margarine. In separate bowl, blend pudding, milk and vanilla.

    Fold together in blender.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Finely grind Oreo cookies. Alternate layers of pudding mixture and cookies, adding gummy worms.

    Final layer should be cookies.
