- 1 lb. lamb shoulder or beef
- 2 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes, cut small
Directions

1Clean and cut beans in about 2-inch lengths and set aside. Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and saute for 10 minutes.

2Add onions, garlic and seasonings; saute for 5 minutes more.

3Add water to cover meat and simmer until tender.
