Directions

   Crush cookies; put half of the crumbs in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese and oleo until smooth.

   Add powdered sugar.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.

   After mixing well, combine with cream cheese mixture.

   Pour over crumbs in pan.

   Put rest of crumbs on top. Chill in refrigerator.
