  • 1 bag gummy worms
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bag crushed Oreo cookies
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Finely crush entire bag of cookies.

    Crush until creamy middle disappears.

    Cream butter and cream cheese, Add sugar and Cool Whip and mix well.

    Combine milk and pudding mix in separate bowl.

    When set, add to the cream cheese mixture.

    Place half the crushed cookies in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour pudding mixture on top.

    Add gummy worms in the pudding.

    Put remaining cookie crumbs on top.

    Can put this in a lined flower pot or sand pail. Refrigerate.
