Directions

   Spread 1/2 of cookie crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Beat together cheese, margarine, sugar and Cool Whip.

   Combine 2 puddings and milk.

   Beat until thickened.

   Add to the cream cheese mixture.

   Pour over the crust.

   Top with remaining crumbs.

   Chill for several hours.
