  • 20 oz. pkg. Oreos
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In a blender or food processor, crush Oreos and set aside. Using a mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    In separate bowl, combine pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture and vanilla.

    Mix well.
