   Put Oreos in blender or processor, crush and set aside.

   In large bowl, mix 10x sugar and cream cheese.

   Now add remaining ingredients to bowl except Cool Whip.

   Mix well.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Layer in flower pot, cookie base, mix, etc.

   Be sure to end with cookies on top.

   For decoration, put in artificial flowers with stem wrapped in Saran Wrap.
