  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar in bowl. In separate bowl, mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip; mix with cream cheese mixture. Layer in deep bowl 1/3 crushed Oreo cookies, 1/2 pudding mixture, 1/3 cookies, rest of pudding and rest of cookies. Put in refrigerator.
