   Crush Oreos in food processor.

   Beat together cream cheese and margarine.

   Mix pudding and milk.

   Blend the two mixtures.

   Add Cool Whip.

   Layer cookies and pudding mixture in a bowl.

   (For children's parties, fill clear, plastic cups and garnish with gummy worms.)
