   Crumble cookies.

   Mix pudding and milk; set aside until set (about 5 minutes).

   Add cream cheese and Cool Whip and mix with electric mixer.

   Add 3/4 of cookie crumbs and worms.

   Stir well. Pour mixture into bucket or flower pot.

   Cover top with remaining cookie crumbs.

   Add a flower in center, if using flower pot. Serve with sand shovel if using sand bucket.
