Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 4 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, cooking oil and vanilla.

    Sift together the flour, baking soda, corn flakes and salt and add to wet ingredients.

    Add pecans, raisins and chocolate chips.

    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 8 to 12 minutes.

    Makes 15 dozen cookies.
