  • 1/3 lb frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • 15 None pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 1 None egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut into 15 rectangles, each 2 x 4 inch. Place 1 olive in the center of each and twist the ends so the olive is almost enclosed in a candy-shaped parcel. Place on prepared sheet. Beat yolk and cream then brush over pastries. Bake for 12-15 mins, until golden. Serve warm or cold.
