Directions

   Boil sugars and water until you can form a ball in water. When syrup is almost done, beat 1 egg white until it forms a peak. Add a pinch of salt.

   Pour syrup into egg mixture.

   Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

   Beat until thick.

   Drop on wax paper by spoonfuls.
