  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Dream Whip
  • coconut
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberries
  • 16 soda crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Beat egg whites until fluffy.

    Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.

    Gradually add sugar.
  4. 4
    Fold in crackers, vanilla and pecans.
  5. 5
    Pour into buttered pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cover when cool with Dream Whip, strawberries and coconut.
