  • 1 c. grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
  • 1 c. chopped fresh tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried leaf rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced
