  • 1/2 lb. ground sausage
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain.

    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.

    Add bread and sausage to egg mixture.

    Pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
