Ingredients

  • 1 can white whole kernel corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain the corn, beans and peas.

    Mix with celery, bell pepper, onion and pimiento.

    Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil. Cool.

    Add oil and mix thoroughly with other ingredients.

    Can be used as a vegetable, salad or with other relish items.

    Will keep several weeks in the refrigerator.
