Dock Side Seafood Rolls

  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. skim or regular milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat chunks
  • 6 oz. shelled, deveined cooked shrimp (if using frozen shrimp, thaw them)
  • 1 large stalk celery, chopped
  • 4 hot dog rolls

Directions

    In medium-size bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt.

    Add crabmeat, shrimp and celery.

    Toss until well coated.

    Toast rolls, if desired.

    Place 1/4 cup seafood mixture in each roll.
