- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 4 fish fillets
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
Directions

1In 2-cup glass measure, mix soup, sour cream, sherry dill and pepper.

2In medium bowl, mix cooked rice, broccoli and 1/2 cup of the soup mixture.

3In buttered 9 x 9-inch microwave dish, arrange rice mixture.

4Top with fish and onion, putting thickest part of fish toward outside of dish.

5Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily, rotating twice during baking.

6Remove from microwave and keep covered.

7Microwave remaining soup mixture on High for 4 minutes and serve as a sauce.
