Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground lamb
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 to 5 canned tomatoes plus juice
- 3/4 can tomato sauce
- 3/4 chopped green pepper
- 2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 lemon (juice for cooking)
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 to 5 squash
- 4 to 5 bell peppers
- 4 to 5 firm tomatoes
Directions

1Mix together first 9 ingredients with the 1/4 cup water and stuff the squash, bell peppers and tomatoes.

2Arrange in pan and add water to top of Dolmas.

3Add salt and juice of one lemon. Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat.

5Cover and cook 45 minutes to one hour.
