- 6 oz. (3/4 stick) butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices toasted bread, cubed
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Toast bread and cut into cubes.

3Beat eggs.

4Blend sugar and butter together.

5Add beaten eggs and vanilla.

6Mix together creamed ingredients, bread cubes and pineapple with juice and put into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

7Bake at 350°

8for 45 minutes.

9Serve with ham.
