- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1 14 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 13 cup honey
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 34 cup prune, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Grease muffin tins or line with paper cups.

3Combine bran cereal, oat bran, flour, baking soda and salt.

4In a separate bowl beat the eggs.

5Beat in buttermilk, honey and oil.

6Add to dry ingredients and stir just enough to blend.

7Fold in prunes (if using).

8Pour into muffin cups and bake 20 minutes (or until tops spring back when lightly pressed).
