  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables 10 oz., thawed

    Preheat oven to 350°. In 2-1/2-quart baking dish, blend Double Cheddar Sauce, eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked rice and vegetables. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through.
