  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
  • salt, pepper
  • 5 drops hot sauce
  • chives (to garnish)

Directions
