Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar (not fine)
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. oats
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix sugars, butter, milk and vanilla in medium bowl.

    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.

    Stir in oats, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

    Immediately take from cookie sheet.

    Makes 5 dozen.

    (Self-rising flour can be used.)
