- 1 3/4 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. frying chicken (rinsed and dried)
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Directions

1Place cereal in a shallow pan and set aside.

2In a small mixing bowl, beat together egg and milk.

3Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until smooth.

4Dip chicken in batter, then coat with cereal.

5Place in a single layer, skin side up, in foil lined shallow pan.

6Drizzle with melted butter.
