- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, medium shells or other medium pasta shape (uncooked)
- 2 c. fresh green beans, cut in half, or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed and drained
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 red apple, diced (about 1 1/4 c.)
- 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can white tuna (packed in water), drained
- 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Prepare pasta according to package directions and drain. Blanch green beans by cooking in pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.

2Drain and rinse well with cold water.

3Drain again.
