  • 35 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 tsp. grated lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

    Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and 2 Tbsp.

    of the sugar until well blended; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.

    Beat cream cheese, remaining 2 Tbsp.

    sugar and the lime juice with wire whisk until well blended.

    Spread on crust; set aside.

    Pour milk into large bowl.

    Add dry pudding mixes and lime zest.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until well blended.

    (Mixture will be thick.)

    Gently stir in whipped topping.

    Spread over cream cheese layer in pan.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
